What the team needs to know, say and share — on one page
The briefing deck gets sent, skimmed and lost. The Event Playbook is the page the team opens at the stand: the facts of the show, who from your side is there and where you meet, the demos to show and the lines to say, and the posts marketing wants shared — on the web and on the phone, updated as the week goes.
- Know · Say · Share on one page
- Event at a glance: venue, dates, hours, stand
- Who’s here, with their meetings
- Where we meet
- Demo scenarios with their links
- Messaging and battle cards
- Outreach templates
- Posts the team shares

Know: the facts of the show
Venue, dates and hours at the venue’s clock, the stand number, who from your team is on site — each with their meeting count — and who is supporting remotely from the office. Where we meet lists the rooms and the stand. Nobody asks “which hall are we in?” on a WhatsApp group again.

Demo scenarios, first in the list
The demos to show at the stand sit at the top of Know: each a card that opens its link — an interactive demo, a video, a deck or a playlist for the stand screen. Add them like any other playbook item with the category Demo scenarios; the iPhone app shows the same group.
Say: the messaging
The positioning for this show, the battle cards against the vendors you will meet in the halls, and the outreach templates the SDRs use — kept in one place so the message is the same at the stand and in the inbox.

Share: the posts
Marketing writes the posts once; attendees share them from the playbook with their own account, and admins see who shared what. Announcements stay on their own: the playbook is for what lasts the week, announcements for the morning’s news.
Frequently asked
Is the playbook per event?
Yes. Each event has its own page, and when you set up the next show you can copy items over from a previous one.
Does it work on the phone?
Yes. The iPhone app has a Playbook tab with the same Know, Say and Share sections, including the demo scenarios and who’s here.
Who can edit it?
Company admins and managers edit the playbook; everyone on the event’s team reads it. Changes show up for the team as soon as they are saved.
