Your event data, in the tools you already run
No copy-paste after the show. EventsGO syncs contacts and deals with HubSpot in both directions, keeps calendars in step, enriches contacts and exports everything — so the pipeline you built on the floor shows up where the business measures it.
- Two-way HubSpot contacts & deals
- Meetings as HubSpot engagements
- Deal stages & revenue attribution
- Google & Outlook calendar sync
- Apollo & Lusha enrichment
- LinkedIn sharing
- CSV import/export & ICS feed
HubSpot included in every plan. Calendar sync: Content & Sharing package (included in Scale).
HubSpot, both ways
Pull contacts from HubSpot, push new ones back, log each meeting as a native engagement with notes, create and advance deals from the meeting, and attribute closed revenue to the event. Link an existing deal or unlink it — nothing is duplicated.
- Contact pull and push
- Meeting → engagement with notes
- Create / link / advance deals; revenue flows back to the event
Calendars
Team members connect Google or Outlook via OAuth. Meetings appear on their calendar and their busy time counts as a conflict in EventsGO. Any other calendar can subscribe to an ICS feed.
- Two-way Google & Outlook
- ICS calendar feed
- Automatic .ics invites for the other side
Enrichment and social
Bring your own Apollo or Lusha API keys to enrich contacts — title, company, LinkedIn — and score them; share event posts to LinkedIn with tracking.
- Apollo & Lusha with your own keys (admin-only, stored write-only)
- LinkedIn profile lookup and post sharing
Everything exports
Meetings and contacts export to CSV/Excel at any time; scheduled reports email themselves; audit logs are exportable. Your data is yours — there is no lock-in.
- CSV/Excel import & export
- Scheduled email reports
- Salesforce & Pipedrive on the Enterprise roadmap
Frequently asked
Do we need HubSpot to use EventsGO?
No. HubSpot is optional — everything works standalone and exports to CSV. Connect HubSpot when you want meetings and deals to flow into your pipeline automatically.
Which calendars are supported?
Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 / Outlook via OAuth, plus an ICS feed for anything else.
Do you support Salesforce?
Salesforce and Pipedrive integrations are on the Enterprise roadmap — talk to sales if that’s a requirement for you.
