Arrive at the show with a full calendar
A campaign enrols the event’s contacts into a timed email sequence — each step fires a set number of days before the show — and drives them to your booking page. You see the funnel; replies go to the meeting owner.
- Timed sequences anchored to the event date
- Audience filters by seniority
- AI-drafted email copy
- Send pacing & one-click unsubscribe
- Funnel: sent → replied → booked
- Inbound replies routed to owners
Included in every plan; run by company admins.
Sequences anchored to the show
Steps are scheduled relative to the event start — “14 days before”, “7 days before”, “last call” — so one campaign works for every show. Default steps are event-named and editable; AI can draft the copy from your event and product context.
- Multi-step sequences with per-step timing
- Event-named default steps you can edit
- AI drafts, you approve
The right audience, not the whole list
Filter enrolment by seniority and role so C-level targets get a different sequence from everyone else. Contacts who book or unsubscribe drop out automatically.
- C-level / seniority filters
- Automatic exit on booking or unsubscribe

- Your verified sending domain
Measure the funnel, capture the replies
Sent, delivered, replied and booked — per campaign and event-wide, with 1h / 24h / 7d / 30d windows. Inbound replies are captured and forwarded to the meeting owner, so “can’t make that slot, call me” never dies in a shared inbox.
- Windowed stats per campaign and per event
- Inbound reply capture with owner forwarding
Frequently asked
Who runs campaigns?
Company admins, from the event’s Admin panel. Members see the resulting bookings in the schedule like any other meeting.
Where do replies go?
Replies are captured by EventsGO and forwarded to the meeting owner — reply-to defaults to them — so the conversation continues one-to-one.
Does it send from our domain?
Yes. Campaigns use the same verified sending domain as your meeting invitations and confirmations.
