Each team member subscribes once to their own EventsGO calendar in Outlook, Google or Apple Calendar, and every meeting they can see appears there and stays up to date. The other side gets a real calendar invitation with Accept / Decline, and the answer comes back into EventsGO; delete or cancel the meeting and the invitation is withdrawn.
