Everyone knows what’s next — before, during and after the show
Exhibiting is a project with a dozen hand-offs: the attendee list, the targets, the outreach, the meetings, the final report. The Event Process Tracker turns your playbook into a live checklist for each event, so everyone sees where the show stands, whose turn it is and what is late.
- Your playbook as a template
- Steps owned by each team
- Due dates relative to the show
- Now / Next at a glance
- Checklists with links
- Items that tick themselves off
- Kickoff, reminder & late emails
Included in every plan.
Write the playbook once
Define the stages, the teams and the steps once, in Admin → Process Tracker. Marketing, Sales Enablement, Sales and SDR come as a starting point, and every step is due a set number of days before or after the show — “six weeks before”, “two days after”. Each event gets its own copy when tracking starts.
- Stages, teams and steps you can edit
- Due dates anchored to the first or last day of the show
- A step can wait for another and moves with it
Where the show stands, at a glance
For each event the tracker shows the stage line and what is open now and what comes next. Every step has an owner, a checklist and links — the demo script, the pre-recorded video, the target list — and one page shows every event the company is tracking.
- Now / Next for every event
- Checklists with required items
- Links on every step
- One overview across the company’s events
Work that ticks itself off
Some items close on their own when the work shows up in EventsGO: contacts imported, outreach templates ready, meetings rated after the show, the final export done. Untick one by hand and it stays yours to tick.
Nobody has to chase
Each lead gets a kickoff email when tracking starts and a “your turn” email when the step they wait for is done. From 09:00 in your time zone, reminders go out one to three days before a step is due; a late step is emailed to its lead with the process owner in copy, and to the company admins after three days. Every Monday, each lead gets an overview.
- Kickoff and “your turn” emails
- Reminders before the due date
- Late notices, escalated after three days
- A Monday overview for every lead
Frequently asked
Does tracking start on its own?
No. A company admin or manager starts tracking for an event when the time comes; steps already done can be marked done at the start.
Who can lead a step?
Anyone with an EventsGO account in your company. Leads move their own steps forward; planning the process stays with admins and managers.
Can we change the template?
Yes. Stages, teams, steps, due dates, checklist items and links are all editable in Admin → Process Tracker, and each event keeps its own copy once tracking starts.
