Outlook, Google & Apple Calendar

Every meeting in the calendar people already live in

Nobody should re-type a meeting into Outlook. Each person subscribes once to their own EventsGO calendar, invitations reach the other side with real Accept / Decline buttons, and a meeting that is cancelled leaves the calendars it reached.

  • One subscription per person
  • Outlook, Google & Apple Calendar
  • Yours busy, the team’s as FYI
  • Contacts, agenda & a link in every entry
  • Invitations with Accept / Decline
  • Automatic cancellations
  • The venue’s time, right everywhere

Included in every plan.

Subscribe once

Copy your personal calendar link from EventsGO and add it in Outlook on the web, Google Calendar or Apple Calendar. From then on every meeting you can see in EventsGO appears there and updates itself — a new meeting, a moved slot, a cancellation.

  • Outlook: add it once in Outlook on the web, and it shows in Outlook on your desktop and phone too
  • Google refreshes subscribed calendars every 12–24 hours; Apple as often as you choose
  • Reset the link at any time — the old one stops updating

Know whose meeting it is

Entries are labelled: [OWN] when you own the meeting and [REQ] when you are a required attendee — both show as busy — and FYI for the rest of the team’s meetings, shown as free so they never block your day. Each entry carries the contacts, the purpose, the agenda, the place and a link straight to the meeting in EventsGO.

  • [OWN] and [REQ] as busy, FYI as free
  • Contacts, purpose, agenda and place in the entry
  • One click back to the meeting in EventsGO

Invitations the other side can answer

The invitation to the contact is a real calendar request: Outlook and Gmail show their Accept / Decline bar, and the answer comes back into EventsGO and moves the meeting’s status. Your own people are on the same invitation, already accepted. Delete or cancel the meeting and the invitation is withdrawn from every calendar it reached.

  • Native Accept / Decline in Outlook and Gmail
  • Answers update the meeting in EventsGO
  • Cancellations sent automatically

Right time, wherever the team is

Meetings are set at the venue’s clock and land in each calendar at the right instant — a 15:00 meeting in São Paulo shows at 21:00 in an Istanbul calendar.

Frequently asked

Does EventsGO read our own calendars?

Not today. EventsGO writes your meetings into your calendar through the subscription and the invitations; reading busy time back from Google or Outlook (two-way sync) is on the roadmap.

Why does Outlook need Outlook on the web?

The Outlook desktop and mobile apps have no option to subscribe to a calendar link. Add it once in Outlook on the web and it appears in Outlook on your desktop and phone as well.

How quickly do changes show up?

That depends on the calendar app: Apple refreshes as often as you set, Outlook every few hours and Google every 12–24 hours. Invitations and cancellations arrive by email right away.

Is the calendar link private?

It is personal and hard to guess, and you can reset it at any time. Because anyone holding it can read the entries, it leaves out your contacts’ email addresses and meeting outcomes.
