1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the EventsGO platform — including the web application at eventsgo.co and any associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Service") — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and EventsGO ("we", "us", or "our").
2. Description of Service
EventsGO is a B2B meeting management platform designed to help trade show exhibitors and event organizers schedule, track, and manage business meetings during fairs, conferences, and summits. The Service includes meeting scheduling, contact management, analytics dashboards, automated email notifications, and team collaboration tools.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access.
- Promptly notify us at support@eventsgo.co if you discover or suspect any security breach related to your account.
- Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent or harmful purposes.
4. Subscription Plans and Billing
EventsGO offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as described on the pricing page. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as otherwise stated in a written agreement.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. You will be notified of any price changes at least 30 days in advance via the email address associated with your account. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
- Send unsolicited commercial communications (spam) or bulk emails without recipient consent.
- Transmit or store any content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

We reserve the right to investigate violations and take appropriate action, including removing content and terminating accounts.
6. Email Communications
By using the Service, you may receive transactional emails such as meeting reminders, account notifications, and scheduled reports. These communications are necessary for the operation of the Service. You may manage notification preferences from your account settings.
When using EventsGO's email features to contact third parties, you represent and warrant that all recipients have provided appropriate consent to receive communications from you and that your use complies with all applicable anti-spam laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act, CASL, and GDPR.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
You retain ownership of all data and content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EventsGO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through a prominent notice on the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
